Recently, Chef Anthony and the Russo’s team announced the launch of an innovative new menu that blends generations of Russo family Italian recipes with popular, heart-healthy new ingredients.

AR: Our new menu items were created to give today’s consumers who want fresh, homemade flavors made from the freshest ingredients at every dining experience more variety while still remaining true to our authentic Italian roots. We wanted to showcase our commitment to culinary trend research and development as well as adjusting to our guests’ evolving tastes.
AR: As you can see from the menu items listed above, fresh produce is at the heart of our menu innovations. Kale, spinach, arugula and artichokes bolster many of our new items and have been added to classics, like the Calabrese Napoletana, which includes crumbled fresh Italian sausage, mushrooms, mozzarella and ricotta alongside fresh kale, infused with the olive oil and garlic sauce. We have even more delicious gluten-free and vegetarian options for our guests to enjoy now. Our ingredients are all-natural with no additives or preservatives and have zero trans-fats.
