When joining the Russo’s team, we provide a four to six week extensive training program. Having experience in the restaurant industry can be beneficial, but it is not a required. Our hands on in-depth training will give you experience in everything from how to prepare our signature homemade dressings and sauces to perfecting our hand stretched pizza dough.
