When joining the Russo’s team, we provide a four to six week extensive training program. Having experience in the restaurant industry is beneficial, but it is not a requirement. Our in depth training will teach you everything from how to prepare our signature homemade sauces to hand stretched dough for the perfect New York style pizza.
