Restaurant experience is not required to start your Russo’s Hawaii location, but is definitely a plus. The Russo’s team will support you along the way. Our in-depth four to six week training program will give you the know how to be able to run and manage your own Russo's. You will learn through hands-on training everything from prepping dough and making our signature sauces, homemade soups and dressings, to baking our perfect pepperoni pizza and chicken parmesan. We are firm believers that you only get out of it what you put into it.
