Chef Russo’s love of authentic Italian food developed into a passion to share with others the foods he grew up enjoying. The menu items were created from recipes that have been passed down through the generations of his family. Our priority is to use natural, high quality, fresh ingredients to provide an authentic dining experience for our guests.
While having some experience in the hospitality industry can be helpful, previous experience is not necessary. What will help you to have long term potential success and growth for your Tyler, Texas Russo’s New York Pizzeria and Italian Kitchen is a willingness to learn and give it your all. Our Russo’s team will be with you each step of the way to offer guidance and support. We have an in-depth four to six week training that will provide hands on experience giving you the tools needed for operating your location.
