Chef Russo has created a menu from recipes handed down through the generations of his family. As a first generation Italian American, Chef Russo is passionate about providing authentic Italian dishes. To open your own Russo’s location in Austin, Texas, extensive training will give you the know how to successfully operate and provide quality, authentic Italian food to patrons. While having some experience in the restaurant industry can be beneficial, it is not required. In your training program, you will learn everything from prepping our signature New York style pizza dough to making the perfect layered lasagna and marinara. We are believers that long term success can be achieved if you are willing to learn and give it your all.
