Dishwasher

The backbone of a clean, smooth-running kitchen

Our Dishwashers keep the restaurant moving. If you take pride in staying organized, working hard, and being part of a team that depends on each other, this role is essential to delivering a great guest experience every day.

What you'll be doing:

• Wash, sanitize, and organize all dishes, glassware, and silverware according to company standards
• Load, run, and unload the dish machine; keep it clean and report any issues to management
• Monitor water temperatures to ensure proper sanitation
• Keep the dish area clean, stocked, and organized at all times
• Maintain a steady supply of clean tableware for both the dining room and kitchen
• Safely handle dishes and equipment to prevent breakage
• Remove trash and maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant, including restrooms and surrounding areas
• Clean food prep and production areas as needed
• Jump in to help other team members when needed to keep operations running smoothly

What we're looking for:

• No prior restaurant experience required
• Strong communication skills with coworkers and management
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team oriented environment
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable attendance
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to stand or walk 6–8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in hot, wet, humid, and loud environments
• Safety-minded and committed to food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
• Willing to complete company food handler training and work with cleaning chemicals
