Server / Host

As a Host and Server, you play a key role in creating a great guest experience from the moment customers walk in to the moment they leave. You'll greet and seat guests, manage dining room flow, assist with phones and reservations, and deliver friendly, efficient table service.

What you'll be doing:

• Greet guests warmly and manage seating and dining room traffic
• Answer phones, assist with takeout orders, or direct calls as needed
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly
• Know menu items, abbreviations, daily specials, and soups before each shift
• Pick up completed orders and deliver meals to the correct guests
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction, refill drinks, and take additional orders
• Process guest checks and handle payments at the register
• Address guest concerns professionally and escalate issues to the MOD when needed
• Keep service stations stocked, clean, and organized
• Complete all side work and cleaning tasks before the end of each shift
• Assist with bussing tables, sweeping, and mopping during busy periods
• Support the team by jumping in wherever needed

• Willingness to follow safety and cleanliness standards
• Comfortable using restaurant equipment and POS systems
• Able to stand or walk for 6–8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working with cleaning solutions
• Reliable transportation
