Figure reflects the Average Unit Volume (AUV) for the top 50% of US franchised restaurants that opened before January 1, 2024, and operated throughout the 2024 calendar year under the same ownership as published in Item 19 of our 2025 FDD. The following data involves historic performance information for franchised Restaurants that were open for 12 months or longer as of December 31, 2024, our fiscal year end. As of December 31, 2024, there were a total of 29 US-based franchised Restaurants in the system. We have excluded the results of 4 Restaurants who were new to the system and did not operate for the full 12 months as well as 5 Restaurants that did not operate continuously under same ownership for the full 12 months. Based on the Average Unit Volume of the top 50% of our Franchised Stores for fiscal year 2024, 5 of 25 Franchised Stores in the category (20%) met or exceeded this average.
