  • Cheese or Cheese-Free Pizza - When in doubt, it doesn’t hurt to keep it simple. Russo’s uses some of the best mozzarella cheese that we get from a Wisconsin dairy, specially made for our restaurants. If, however, you’re averse to all dairy products, you can also ask for something cheese-free.
